Laser & Metal Cutting

Laser cutting eliminates the need to invest in costly customized tools and helps to expedite the production of metal parts. Laser cutting is excellent for high-volume production and prototyping runs with reduced setup times by direct use of the CAD data.

Our laser cutting machines have the capacity to handle sheet sizes up to 5′ wide and 10′ in length and can cut thickness up to 1/2″ thick Carbon Steel. Typical product tolerances can be held +/- 0.007″.

CO2 plasma cutting is also available for items up to 1/2-in. cut thickness. Plate edge-beveling is also available at BIG 3.
