RAPID PROTOTYPE PROGRAM

RAPID PRODUCTION PROTOTYPE PROGRAM
- Completed in 3 weeks
- Engineered to production standards
- Provides production results and targets mean specifications
- Expendable tooling, includes (1) steel safe revision
- Capable of all test run requirements
- Cost $12,000 when built along with production tooling
- Cost $16,500 when built without a production program
STANDARD UNIT PROGRAM
- Completed in 6-8 weeks
- Engineered and built to production standards
- All components to be used as part of production tooling
- Cost $22,500 is typical, final cost to be determined by final design
Program timings are based on Big 3 performing the initial sampling. Our in-house sampling capabilities ensure schedule integrity throughout development. Customers who have their own lab and wish to continue development themselves can count on our support team of engineering, process development and project management personnel to assist them. These programs are available for most round, square and oval part designs with standard SPI neck finishes. Special part requirements and finishes can be evaluated for compatibility with this program’s timing.
