  • Vertical Screw Plastifier (3” Dia x 32:1 L/D) with feed shank drive does not produce extrudate flakes at the metering tip – smaller plastifiers available upon request
  • Horizontal Reciprocating Screw Plastifier available upon request
  • Electronic Mold Positioning System eliminates the need for die set shims and provides precise mold location and repeatability.
  • Magnetic Platens (Optional) eliminate the need for die set clamps and through platen screws
  • Energy Efficient Design utilizing electric servo driven plastifer and core rod head index, lowering hydraulic power requirements
