Big 3 Precision's Blow Mold Tooling Division is a national and international precision blow mold manufacturing company. BIG 3 manufactures molds for Nissei, Aoki, Sidel, Uniloy, Jomar and Wheaton machines. We offer unit and production mold development and in-house sampling for both injection blow molding (IBM) and injection stretch blow molding (ISBM). From product development and preform design, to complete in-field mold start-ups, Big 3 Precision is your one-stop manufacturer for injection blow molds and injection stretch blow molds.

BIG 3 is dedicated to delivering tooling with a minimum of lead-time without sacrificing design or quality. We supply quality tool steel molds: precision machined, ensuring a precise interface between components resulting in a tool capable of maximum performance and longevity.

SAMPLING CAPABILITIES

Injection stretch blow mold sampling is done on a Nissei 250H machine at the Centralia, IL facility. The machine is capable of unit and production tool sampling. The unit development costs are kept low by using an interchangeable set of base tooling. Each new unit tool only needs to have the molding surface related components manufactured to produce the bottle. In addition, this system allows BIG 3 to meet the quick delivery requirements for today's industry. BIG 3's process personnel have extensive knowledge of the unit and production sampling requirements ensuring proper sampling evaluations.

Injection blow molding sampling is done in our Millville, NJ facility. The machines used for unit and production sampling are Jomar 40, Jomar 115, Jomar 135, Uniloy 189 and Wheaton 1803.
